Cricket Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl


 For the bowl:

- 2 medium carrots

- ½ cup rolled oats

- 2 tsp honey

- 1 Tbsp flaxseed

- 1 ½ bananas

- Camola Cricket Powder

- ½ cup plain yogurt

- ½ cup oat milk

- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice blend

For the topping (optional):

- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut

- ¼ cup raisin

- 2 Tbsp chopped nuts



Remove tops and tips of the carrots, clean and roughly chop them.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth.

OPTIONAL: freeze the banana before blending it with the ingredients to make the smoothie thicker.

Pour into a bowl and add the toppings to your taste
