Cricket Cleansing Smoothie

Do you need to re-hydrate and get some nutrients? This recipes is the perfect choice!


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups diced pears
  • 2 tsp freshly minced peeled ginger
  • 2 cups chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 1/4 unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 Tbsp Camola Cricket Powder
  • Honey (OPTIONAL)
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Taste, and adjust sweetness adding honey if needed.
