A great day starts with a great breakfast! Our Pancake Mix is high in protein and low in sugar and salt. Just follow the instruction and make your own breakfast of champions!
INGREDIENTS: all purpose flour, oat flour, cricket powder, baking powder.
ALLERGEN WARNING: crustaceans, shellfish, wheat.
May contain: peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, soy
You will need:
1 cup of Camola Pancake mix
1 tbsp of sugar
1 pinch of salt
¾ cup of milk
2 tbsp of butter
½ tsp of vanilla extract
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Slightly warm up the milk then add melted butter, the egg and the vanilla, mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until they are incorporated but do not overmix.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spoon ¼ cup of the batter onto skillet. Gently spread the batter. Let it cook for a couple of minutes, flip it and let it cook for another 1 or 2 minutes. Repeat until the batter is over.
